Ilais erste Entwurmung zum Beispiel, welche ich selbst durchgef\u00fchrt habe, fand am 31.08.2014 um 13:30Uhr mit Drontal f\u00fcr 5kg K\u00f6rpergewicht statt. Danach habe ich, bis einschlie\u00dflich heute, jede weitere Wurmkur dokumentiert (Stand 05\/2023: 32 Entwurmungen), wobei diese nat\u00fcrlich auch mit wechselnden Mitteln stattfanden (ebenfalls: Aniprazol, Ceva Cestem, Endogard Plus XL, Exitel, Caniquantel Plus, Dolthene).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"daten\"><strong>4. Inhaltsstoffe<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Drontal Plus (kleine Hunde) sowie Drontal Plus XL (sehr gro\u00dfe Hunde):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Febantel 150mg bzw. 525mg<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Praziquantel 50mg bzw. 175mg<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pyrantel 50mg (entsprechend 144mg Pyrantelembonat) bzw. 405mg Pyrantelembonat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p K\u00f6rpergewicht<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>einmalig, mit und ohne Futtermittel<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Welpen k\u00f6nnen bei Askaridenbefall (Spulw\u00fcrmer) nicht v\u00f6llig wumfrei werden; Nachbehandlung nach 6 bzw. 12 Wochen.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unmittelbar nach der Anwendung H\u00e4nde gr\u00fcndlich mit Wasser und Seife waschen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"daten\"><strong>6. <\/strong>Nebenwirkungen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Herstellerangabe: &#8222;In sehr seltenen F\u00e4llen (weniger als 1 von 10.000 behandelten Tieren, einschlie\u00dflich Einzelfallberichte) k\u00f6nnen milde und vor\u00fcbergehende St\u00f6rungen des<br>MagenDarm-Traktes, wie z.B. Erbrechen und\/oder Durchfall auftreten. In einzelnen<br>F\u00e4llen k\u00f6nnen diese Anzeichen von unspezifischen Symptomen wie Lethargie, Anorexie oder Hyperaktivit\u00e4t begleitet sein. Die zehnfache \u00dcberdosierung wird von den Tieren symptomlos vertragen.&#8220;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Unsere Erfahrung: Durchfall am Tag nach der Verabreichung (immer), und teilweise 1 bis 2 Tage Abgeschlagenheit (manchmal).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Eine \u00dcberdosierung hatten wir noch nie, ich kann mir jedoch nicht vorstellen, dass diese Symptomlos verlaufen soll, wenn eine einzelne Tablette bereits die angeblich nur sehr seltenen Symptome ausl\u00f6st. Zudem widerspricht sich die Packungsbeilage hier auch: &#8222;Im Falle einer versehentlichen Aufnahme ist unverz\u00fcglich \u00e4rztlicher Rat einzuholen und die Packungsbeilage oder das Etikett vorzuzeigen.&#8220;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Aufgrund nachweislich teratogener Effekte (fruchtsch\u00e4digend mit Fehlbildungen) durch Febantel sollte Drontal nicht bei H\u00fcndinnen in den ersten zwei Drittel der Tr\u00e4chtigkeit angewendet werden. &#8211;&gt; Daran habe ich mich auch \u00fcbervorsichtig gehalten!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"daten\"><strong>7. <\/strong>Wechselwirkungen<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nicht zusammen mit anderen Cholinergika (z.B. Levamisol) anwenden. M\u00f6gliche Verst\u00e4rkung der Wirkung von Wirkstoffen mit Acetylcholinesteraseaktivit\u00e4t (z.B. Organophosphat-Verbindungen). Die spezifischen Aktivit\u00e4ten von Piperazin (neuromuskul\u00e4re Paralyse der Parasiten) k\u00f6nnen die Wirksamkeit von Pyrantel hemmen (spastische Paralyse der Parasiten).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"praxis\"><strong>8. Praxis<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Der Hersteller sagt: &#8222;Eine hellbraune bis braune, mit Fleischgeschmack aromatisierte, knochenf\u00f6rmige, teilbare Tablette zum Halbieren mit Bruchrille auf beiden Seiten. Au\u00dferdem &#8222;Die Tabletten sind aromatisiert und Studien haben gezeigt, dass sie schmackhaft sind und von der Mehrheit (88 %) der getesteten Hunde freiwillig aufgenommen werden.&#8220;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow Diese Wurmkur jedoch r\u00fchrt er freiwillig nicht an, schon wenn er sie aus der Entfernung riecht, dreht er den Kopf schnell wieder weg. \u00c4hnliches galt f\u00fcr meine andere H\u00fcndin, sowie zwei weitere Hunde. Das hei\u00dft jedoch nicht, dass er diese dann anstandslos nimmt, ihm missf\u00e4llt dann sogar der ganze Fisch. Aber es macht die Sache dann doch ertr\u00e4glicher, wenn ich ihm die Sprotte in den Hals stecke. Hatten wir gerade kein Petri Heil, schiebe ich ihm die Tablette ohne irgendetwas bis zum Anschlag in den Rachen, gucke ihn an, und er schluckt sie dann missmutig runter. Gleich danach bekommt er jedoch in jedem Fall immer irgendeinen anderen Schmacko, was gerade greifbar ist. Au\u00dferdem sollte man den Kot der n\u00e4chsten 24 Stunden nach Behandlung ordnungsgem\u00e4\u00df entsorgen. Bei einer an die OIE (Weltorganisation f\u00fcr Tiergesundheit) meldepflichtigen Echinokokkose besteht Ansteckungsgefahr auch f\u00fcr den Menschen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"fazit\"><strong>9. Fazit<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Eine Entwurmung ist immer nur eine Behandlung f\u00fcr den Augenblick, d.h. es werden maximal die vorhandenen W\u00fcrmer abget\u00f6tet. Eine Prophylaxe jedoch, erfolgt nicht, d.h. der Hund kann sich bereits kurz nach der Entwurmung wieder mit W\u00fcrmern infizieren. Insofern muss jede\/r Halter\/in abw\u00e4gen, wie sinnvoll solch eine Entwurmung in welchem Rhythmus ist. Wichtig erachte ich es mindestens bei Welpen, da diese sehr oft (Spul)W\u00fcrmer haben. Hier konnte ich bei meinen Hunden \u00fcbrigens als einziges \u00fcberhaupt diese W\u00fcrmer im Kot nachweisen; bei meinen ausgewachsenen Tieren habe ich weder jemals W\u00fcrmer finden, noch deren Symptome beobachten k\u00f6nnen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Wir wohnen im Wald, meine Hunde sto\u00dfen beim Freilauf fast t\u00e4glich auf Kot anderer Tiere, G\u00fclle, Aas, etc. Dennoch entwurme ich nicht unbedingt deshalb, sondern weil wir \u00f6fter im Ausland fahren, und dort mitunter solche Entwurmungen Bedingung sind, um \u00fcberhaupt die Grenze passieren zu d\u00fcrfen. Manchmal gen\u00fcgt es, den Beamten meinen vorbildlich ausgef\u00fcllten Wurmpass, sowie das Medikament vorzuzeigen, manchmal jedoch m\u00fcssen wir die Verabreichung durch einen Tierarzt best\u00e4tigen lassen. In jedem Fall f\u00fchre ich eine Entwurmung immer mit, und in vielen F\u00e4llen ist diese auch mindestens genau so wichtig, wie eine gut dokumentierte Impfhistorie im EU-Heimtierpass.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Allgemein bin ich davon \u00fcberzeugt, dass jedes chemische Mittel, jedes Medikament, Nebenwirkungen verursacht, welche weder auf einer Packungsbeilage stehen, noch \u00fcber deren Auswirkungen wir uns auch nur ansatzweise im Klaren sind. V\u00f6llig egal, ob es dem Tier nun schmeckt oder nicht, wie es aussieht oder hei\u00dft. Wenn jedoch meine Tiere es nicht essen wollen (egal welche Wurmkur), werden sie daf\u00fcr gewiss auch einen triftigen Grund haben.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"aehnliches\"><strong>9. \u00c4hnliche Produkte<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Zur Veranschaulichung
